Welcome to Weblined.Net. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before engaging our web design, AI assistant, or digital management services.

1. Services Overview

Weblined.Net provides the following services:

  • Website Design & Build: Custom AI-powered website creation. Includes mobile-responsive design, basic SEO optimization, initial hosting period, and revision rounds.
  • Weblined AI Assistant: A custom-trained AI chatbot deployed on your website with a one-time setup fee plus a monthly subscription to maintain and host the service.
  • Full Digital Management: Comprehensive website management including security monitoring, updates, AI chatbot support, and performance reporting on a monthly basis.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing any service from Weblined.Net, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with notice provided via email or through our website.

3. Payment Terms

  • Website builds require full payment before work begins.
  • Weblined AI Assistant requires a one-time setup fee before deployment. The monthly subscription is billed starting 30 days after deployment and continues until cancelled.
  • Digital Management is billed monthly. The first payment is due upon service activation.
  • All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards.
  • Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

4. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with our work:

  • Website Builds: If you are not satisfied after two rounds of revisions, we will provide a full refund, provided the request is made within 14 days of initial delivery.
  • Weblined AI Assistant Setup Fee: The setup fee is non-refundable once the AI assistant has been deployed and configured.
  • Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. No refunds are issued for partial months. Service continues through the end of the current billing period.

5. Client Responsibilities

To deliver our services effectively, the Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate business information, content, logos, and branding materials in a timely manner.
  • Respond to communications and revision requests within 7 business days.
  • Ensure that all content provided to us does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials provided for service access.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, the Client owns the final website design, content, and assets created specifically for their project.
  • Weblined.Net retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.
  • The Weblined AI platform, underlying technology, and infrastructure remain the intellectual property of Weblined.Net. Clients are granted a license to use the service for the duration of their subscription.
  • Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins) are subject to their respective licenses.

7. Service Level & Uptime

We strive for maximum uptime for all hosted services, including Weblined AI assistants and managed websites. While we target 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Data & Privacy

We take data privacy seriously. Client data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share client data with third parties except as necessary to deliver our services (e.g., hosting providers, payment processing). Weblined AI assistants are trained only on information provided by the Client and do not collect end-user personal data unless explicitly configured to do so by the Client.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weblined.Net's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

10. Cancellation & Termination

  • Clients may cancel monthly subscriptions at any time by contacting us at support@weblined.net.
  • Upon cancellation of Weblined AI Assistant services, the AI assistant will be deactivated at the end of the current billing period. Data associated with the chatbot may be deleted 30 days after cancellation.
  • We reserve the right to terminate services if the Client violates these terms, engages in illegal activity, or uses our services in a way that harms our infrastructure or other clients.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in the state of Tennessee, USA.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
